Multi-Million Pound Denial Practice

The client is a multi million pound dental practice, offering only private dental services, cosmetic dental treatments and advanced tooth replacement procedures. Based in the West Midlands they had a very clear vision and were prepared to invest in their business to reach their goals.

Our brief was to improve their exposure to the local community whilst promoting their advanced dental treatments locally and further afield. We were tasked with updating the website and providing a system that ensured all enquiries were dealt with in a unified way.

To ensure every enquiry was dealt with according to industry guidelines, we added a sales based CRM system. It ensured every message from a potential patient was addressed and not missed whilst ensuring their medical privacy. It also provided pre-written email replies, review reminders and instructions for staff members when required.

The website design was taken from very specific designs provided by the client. This enabled us to provide the website they wanted, but also add the functionality to enable their marketing team to update the content of the site when needed. In addition, we provided training and support to allow new staff to manage the website themselves.

Additionally, we also created a local advertising campaign which targeted the clients demographic profile. The campaign provided hundreds of positive reviews and ensured that the practice was at the top of Google without expensive ongoing costs.

The new website, CRM system and marketing campaign have been a great success. The practice has tripled the number of resident dentists, the number of new patients joining the practice has risen from 20 per month to over 90.

By using these software elements together, as a singular combined tool, the practice has been able to increase patient engagement whilst ensuring best practice has been followed at all times. All the dental staff have been given the tools to help convert new leads into patients but also to work more closely together as a cohesive team.
