If you do not have a support package the support staff will only be able to assist with faults and not updating your functionality or design requirements.
If you are on a monthly package, your support will be at no charge, otherwise your complimentary support will be included for the first 12 months.
Service issues are dealt with on a 24/7 basis, platform updates are handled within normal office hours.
