The Weekend Dr Case Study

The Brief

The Weekend Dr is one of the UK's leading Stag and Hen event providers, organising thousands of great events in the UK and across the world.  The level of customer care and attention to detail is a very personal process and is provided at the highest standard.  As the business grew the Weekend Dr approached Tickety Boo in order to provide them with a new website that could not only show their services in detail, but also automate many of their daily tasks. 

The Process

Due to the size and complexity of the services the Weekend Dr provides we spent a great deal of time understanding how they wanted to market them and to whom.  We looked at the whole sales and customer process from the initial advertising to the online ordering and after sales care.

All the processes needed to be monitored and dealt with from one easy access portal.  The website should work directly with the customer manager to ensure the whole sales process is smooth and very responsive to the customers needs. 

The Results

The final result was realised after a lot of design input from the team at the Weekend Dr.  We were given very specific design structures from which we developed the processes behind the project. The website is now the hub of how the Weekend Dr process all their customers and suppliers. Each client can select an activity, then select where in the world they would like to enjoy the activity. They can then build a specific day or holiday of activities to suit their specific preferences and requirements.  After a detailed order is sent to the Weekend Dr, the team can take the action they need to secure the holiday and collect payment.

The Weekend Dr are now able to process more opportunities than ever before, whilst at the same time improving their customer service levels.
